Stubborn back fat (middle)

I've got stubborn back fat around the middle of my waist. Lifting weights targeting my back hasn't really helped and I think cardio to minimize fat all over is the only option. Any ideas?

You've answered your own question...cardio! Make sure you keep a track of your calorie intake keep it around 1500 cals :-)

Reverse plank or reverse tabletop, collateral limb raises, bird dogs.. :) Do as many rounds of these.

Thanks! My caloric intake is actually around 1300 for my current goals (it goes up though depending on how much I exercise). But thanks to both of you for the advice!
