If you look into a lot of diet foods they will have some typr of green tea. I personally love green tea. When drinking it try to not add so much sugar or sweet substances into it. Many people think its bitter.. as for does it work. . I do go to the bathroom more often after of that answers your question xD

Yes.... Green tea is a healthy drink and rich in Flavonoid antioxidants. It helps prevent heart disease, to reduce the signs of aging, flush out toxins from the body and improve immunity and to aid in weight loss.
It's way over-hyped. It may offer a little boost but it's not gonna be a miracle worker. Same with acai berries or pomegranate juice or Greek yogurt or any other trending super food. Anyone who's had success in losing weight will not be telling you "all i did was drink green tea!" (unless they're selling green tea)
It just tastes good.
I drink green tea and it helps with bloating. I usually add a teaspoon of honey or coconut sugar.
