New to this all and would like some tips
Well Hi I'm Martin I'm new to all of this and I'm just trying to be a little more healthier. I've gained quite a few pounds this past year and half from my surgery. Earlier this year I started going to the gym lost 38 pounds. I feel pretty good about that; but now I'm balancing school and work so it's a little hard and trying to fit in going to the gym as well. So i was just wondering if you guys or ladies have any tips on slim down and what works for you?
