New to this all and would like some tips

Well Hi I'm Martin I'm new to all of this and I'm just trying to be a little more healthier. I've gained quite a few pounds this past year and half from my surgery. Earlier this year I started going to the gym lost 38 pounds. I feel pretty good about that; but now I'm balancing school and work so it's a little hard and trying to fit in going to the gym as well. So i was just wondering if you guys or ladies have any tips on slim down and what works for you?

Just keep at it and make sure you don't use time as an excuse... It will always hold you back... Just be sure to give yourself at least fifteen minutes to exercise.. Some days you might even decided to do another fifteen after
