Hey... anyone got good results for weight loss from kick boxing?

Depends on how much weight u want to lose and how long will u do. İf u do it like 3 months ull lose weight and shape up ur full body but mostly core and legs
The best way of losing weight by doing sports is to be a 100m athlete with training 3 days a week. İ lost 3 kg at my first week both fat and muscle but ull get those muscles back in short time if u put gym into ur program

I used to compete in martial arts, I can certainly recommend it as part of a weight loss program!
