Steamed sweet potatoes, meat(goat) and spinach

How do you cook goat? Is it good? And what are the benefits?

It's healthy lean meat, I don't know how to cook but I get it prepared the way I want it, I get it steamed first and then add a little bit of olive oil or just cook it with onions and stuff. It has about 25 gms of protein and it's a natural source of creatine plus it's delicious
