What type of shakes do u mix up & do you drink either before u work out or after or both?

Pre-workout mix 30 min before workout. You really have to try to find the best one out there for you though. Some may make you too jittery and you may have to try another one. After you finish that you can have a mix of BC ass and water during your workout. Then after your workout you should have a protein shake within 15 minutes of ending your workout.

Thanks everyone for ur comments! Gunna try a few banana mixed drinks heard green shakes are the best but taste gross (kale cucumber etc) gotta try it wanna be extremely fit for summer 2015 😉

Post workout I blend one banana, 1 tsb honey and peanut butter, half cup steal cut oats, half cup ice cubes and one scoop gnc gold standard whey protein chocolate flavour

For Leanest results use 1/2 a banana at most and berries and mango chunks frozen to fill bottom half of blender. Half scoop of lean whey organic protein and 4 to 5 oz of water. Blend well

In the morning and in between meals I drink bsn syntha- 6 with milk and orange juice plus an egg. For post workout I drink isopure pro mass. It's like protein fruit punch.
