So been working out at the gym and I'm squatting 95lbs so far that's great I can't wait to work my way up so far 95 is easy but ima do it for awhile . Or should I try to go heavier ?

Make sure your form is spot on then begin to increase. Doing awesome!

Yeah definetly focus on for and the. Increase but do it slowly. How many reps/sets are you doing?

25 reps was my start now I'm doing 35

You don't have to increase wait it's not always about how much is on the bar, you can slow grind just do more reps as long as you max out
