I'd like to help you warm up, if you know what I mean ;)
Until then try drinking some hot (almost boiling) drinks every now and then.
You could have weak blood circulation which causes your hands and feet to heat up very slowly after layers have been put on.. You should get that checked out
Try making a massive pot of soup or stew,add chilli,spices,that will keep u warm,u do tend to get cold when losin weight so use thermal clothes when cold,long socks or long johns heeee
