Can't get warm after losing this weight?

I recently lost 18 pounds (and still counting) and with winter approaching, I'm constantly freezing. It's gotten to the point where the only way I can get warm, is to take a hot bath/shower. Does anyone else have this issue? I'm used to loving the cold weather, but now my body can hardly take it, no matter how many layers I put on.

How a hot girl like you could ask such question

Had the same problem and I think it's just your body adjusting to changing after the weight loss. I think it'll improve or be less noticeable with time

What is this "winter" you speak of?

I workout in the morning and keep on the move, plus add scarves and drink hot water... and Herbalife thermobond  helps keep my body working

I'd like to help you warm up, if you know what I mean ;)
Until then try drinking some hot (almost boiling) drinks every now and then.
Cheers.

You could have weak blood circulation which causes your hands and feet to heat up very slowly after layers have been put on.. You should get that checked out
