I had my baby 8 weeks ago and I am having a difficult time my losing the baby weight specially the mid section. Any recommendations?

U might still be swollen from the pregnancy but try a 6 week muscle builder the a 12 week cardio and you will love your body with the end results. Make sure you eat healthy
