I play ballet and i must lose the fat from my stomach. Can you tell me a nice workout to do?

I would suggest running to lose the fat, and planking/crunches to tone the muscles.

You "play" ballet? Lol. As a former ballet player myself, I can tell you running isn't recommended. It works a different set of muscles than ballet, impacts your joints differently, and can greatly increase your chances of injury. Trust me, I learned that the hard way. Yoga and pilates are very dancer-friendly ways to increase core strength and muscle tone. If you need more cardio, swim. Swimming isn't nearly as stressful on your joints. You can get your heart rate up while preserving your body to get the most out of ballet classes.
