Best time to workout in the day?

What would be the most effective time to workout during the day?
What time would help me see the results as effectively as possible? Eg after dinner, before breakfast etc.

If u want to do cardio, morning before breakfast is the best. But for weight trainning is on evening 2 hour after evening tea

Everyone is different. I find I get the best results when I workout first thing in the morning, after I drink a glass of water. I've worked out in the evening plenty of times, and there's not too much of a difference. Just make sure that you haven't eaten for at least 2 to 3 hours before you do your thing

I like to workout around 5pm. Gota have fuel in the tank to work hard right.

For me, it's around 8pm. I feel most energetic then.
