First of all, green tea has caffeine which stimulates you and keeps you awake. Then it has the ability to prevent cancer. On s side note, some believe it can increase the fertility of a woman. I don't know about the percentage in which it has an effect on toning up your body, if that is what you meant to ask. Instead of green tea you could also drink a cup of espresso without milk or sugar to mobilize burning fat. Hope this helps.
