U can do some stretching excersise and skipping by doing this at home u can lean ur body n get back ur shape
Hmm my suggestion is if u have free train then u need to join gym again
There are several workouts you can do at home, do what is more comfortable for you to do. I prefer to workout at home, but that is just me. I use YouTube workout vids by a personal trainer, they will definitely shapen you up and show results. I noticed results in 2 weeks.
Cardio and Bodyweight exercise can be done anywhere :-)
