I had a baby almost a year ago. Lost all the weight that I had gained within about two weeks, then I had to get some sort of birth control. Since then it seems as if I can't do anything but gain weight. I've recently started counting calories(1200) again and found a partner for the insanity workout. I'm not really sure what else to do at this point.
Forget counting cals,focus on lots of exercise and fruit and veg
