I want to start running and eating well so I can loose weight but I always procrastinate I also have huge thighs I want to do workouts that reduce size and get rid of cellulite

I know exactly how you feel I went and got a gym membership about 2 months ago... And kept telling myself tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow definitely tomorrow lol well I finally made myself go been going three days in a row well tonight will be 3 days lol but to me I feel like going and knowing that I'm going to feel good after my workout has helped me

The key is to start doing it, and keep it up. Most athlets loose their motivation after time. You gotta believe in yourself and focus on your goal. The longer you stay focused on your goal, the more you want it.
Rely on the community (not just us, but your real-life community) and DON'T BE A F°CKIN' LAZY ASS!                                 .
