So I'm trying to lose weight but a trainer I talked to told me I have to do weight training can someone better explain this because I have no Idea what it is.
Tonify muscles?! If you just do cardio, you'll just get skinny, not ripped.
Ooh ok I don't want to be to ripped tho, but he was telling me I could only lose weight if I do weight training
Well, not "only".
But athlets don't just do cardio and that's it. Obviously you won't lift big weights, just enough to be tonified of time. Can you understand the point? Have I made myself clear? :/
