You should do squats qnd push ups..add a little flavour of yoga as well

Localized fat loss is a sort of myth, so every kind of workout would be fine, you just have to give your best and eat healthy, coz you can't over train a bad diet. Also I recommend you to do some Tabatas workout (HIIT) coz they Rev up your metabolism for 24h after the end of your workout :)

X-treme Fat Killer Tabata Confusion Tabata there are two created by me, also you can find many here on skimble, just search 'tabata', or on YouTube "HIIT" "Tabata workout"
