Is it true that doing exercise on and off increases weight.?i 'll appreciate logical answers
Specification required: weight -> fat mass or lean mass?
Exercise on/off -> you mean every day/ twice a week?
On and off means in one week you do 3,4 times and in next week u do nothing due to time management problem.is this routine increases weight? Fat_mass
Oooh got it. Then no, don't worry! It won't. Just eat healthy and if you skip a workout week it won't be a tragedy. Maybe in that off week you may do some tweaks to your habits so to move more (i.e. avoid the elevator and start walking up the stairs, park your car further from your work place so you have to walk a bit more... those are little tweaks that may still help you :) ).
