Avoid taking any liquid with meal instead take it after one hour or half hour before

Really? Does it make someone add weight. Even water?

Water is very helpful in loosing weight but as far as my experience it is not good if taken with meal

Um... As far as I know you need to drink water all the time. Water water and ,more water

Not during the meals it just messes with digestion 5 minutes before and half hour after works just fine. Addicted to water here :p
