Hi everyone! I'm 17 and I am considered overweight for my age. For the past couple of months, I've been trying to work out, but my self consciousness keeps me from achieving my goal of at least losing my first 10-15 pounds.
I've been trying many types of workouts from yoga to running on the treadmill, which is hard for me due to my asthma. I need help on finding the right workout routine. Something that isn't too easy or too hard for me. I was hoping I can get some advice from everyone to help me find a routine that is fun and easy to stick to. I would also love some dieting ideas, like what foods and/or liquids to keep away from.(I know sweets like sodas and candies are a given).
