For around the past month I've been having smoothies for breakfast. They have strawberries, banana, 2% milk, and sometimes plain yogurt. I was wondering if this is healthy and will help with my weight loss, or is this something I should stop doing?

If you can tolerate the flavor, try skim/fat free milk... i dont like skim milk but when i put it into shakes, i think they taste better with fat free

Almond milk is a good choice too. Also try adding some spinach or kale to your smooties. It changes the color but not the taste.

It's a good start, but look to increase your protein and carb intake in the morning.

Yes its healthy and will help,although diets are rubbish,eat 5 times a day,three meals,two healthy snacks,chicken,fish,eggs,nuts,sweet potatoes,salad,anything healthy,and exercise 3 to four times a week x
