Got to stick with this change

I did this once and it made me extremely stressed out. Instead of counting calories, put foods into your body that will benefit you. Stay away from processed and stick with raw, natural and organic meals and snacks :)

Calorie counting is extremely beneficial. It's just kind of a pain in the ass hahah good luck with everything. Hope you stick with your plans.

I love tracking my calorie intake.  When I started doing it I learned a lot about nutrition, super foods and correct portion sizes.  Made a huge difference for my progress and increased my will power!  Good luck :-)

After a few months you can usually guess how many cals you've had if you eat a lot of the same things.  :)
