The hardest part is getting started. Remind yourself why you wanted to get fit to begin with. Soon your workouts will become a habit. Constantly challenge yourself. Lots of great motivating people in this community to follow that love to help. You can do it, believe in yourself :-)
Tell yourself this is what u want and u can do this. Its not hard, just make a routine
Put up pictures of what you want to look like when you've reached your goal? These will help you focus. You can also put up pictures of what you look like now next to what you want to look like in the future. It really works as a reality check for me at least. I will be 40 this year and my goal is to lose 40 pounds by my birthday in April. I've spent most of my adult life over weight and I'm tired of how I look and feel. Good luck and stay focused!
