Just started working out again and my back and legs are killing me what should I do
I just started back as well. That sore feeling is no fun. Soak in a hot bath, drink plenty of water and get a lot of rest. Most importantly, don't give up. The soreness will fade.

After you work out try a few minutes in easy on the bike or eliptical to get the enzymes that are in your looks moving around and prevents build up of lactic acid. That and stretch
Or as what we said in the army. Pain is weakness leaving the body
Still struggling with my sore body as well, typical of exercising after a long back out from it, rest, stretches,warm ups and good outdoor activities even working will ease it all out, yeah water too.
