Ugh 13 hr shifts are really messing with my work out schedules.

That's tough, I work 10 hour shifts 4 days a week with just 3 days to work out

I work 12 hr shifts, 5 to 6 days a week, 2 weeks days - 2 weeks nights. When I'm on days I do it after work. When I'm on nights I do it before work. Not easy but gotta try to fit it in.

I find with eating for long shifts. I bring lots of small snacks. I eat my preset meals. Then when the day drags on i snack on some veggies or low calorie snacks

Make the workout tine, your time. Once it is part of your routine it gets easier. you start to feel better about yourself, see results, and dont want to stop again. Stay positive :) Regards Bruce from Oz

If you have a set time of the day you set aside for working out and something interrupts that don't worry, be flexible and try to make it up whenever it is convenient. The workouts on here can be as short as 4 minutes on up. 

I don't have a set time of day that I work out. Sometimes I do it right when I wake up, sometimes in the evening. I just make sure that it's done before I go to sleep.

Two total body kettlebell workouts a week will give you strength, conditioning and cardio all at the same time.  It's a great way to get it all in when you don't have a lot of time.  Hope this helps :-(
