So I have been working out for almost 2 months now and I have noticed a big improvement I started at 240 lb and I am down to 205 I was just wondering if it's normal for me to eat all I want but not gain weight because I have noticed that no matter what I eat I don't gain weight.
Well no one knows exactly what you eat so I can't say what you are eating and how much you are eating and if it's bad. But I'll tell you one thing. If you have bad eating habits you will reach a plateau. For example if you want to acheieve a body fat % of 10% and have good muscle mass you will not acheieve that eating shit food. But if you are happy with minimal muscle and or 15 - 20 % body fat then hey eat shitty all you want.
