Oh , I workout just twice a week
I usually work out 5 days a week, but I do "slip up" sometimes. :)
Yes they just dont get recorded on skimble due to bad WiFi connection.
Usually everyday !!! But every now and then I skip a day
At least 2 days off... Or simply doing easy stuff, stretching and so on.
You grow while you rest not in the gym. So I do weight training 4 days. Rest 2 days. And have a day of active rest.
I at least run everyday of the week. Today being a rare exception as I am sick with either the flu or food poisoning. I will be back out there tomorrow. I try to walk some days but I love running so much It is hard not to.
