It's finally time to loose some of my baby fat and get a six pack any tips for a quick weight and toning programme? My goal is to get a six pack before summer holidays.

Abs are made in the kitchen. Focus on healthy eating, cut down on carbs(sugars and breads)

Well I like to think that I eat healthy, I'm  sometimes worried taht I don't  get enough protein in my diet though :/ thanks for the advice  btw :) and I will definitely  add more planks into my daily routine

I also recommend planking and other core focused workouts, not just and, but the entire core! You'll be amazed at how much stronger your entire body will become!!!!

They say the amount of protein you get is supposed too match your body weight, so that's one way you can check if you get enough
