Need some help with cutting!

Seriously need some help on cutting and toning up. I have a good foundation of muscle, but want to really make them pop! I can see my 4 pack pretty clearly already. Anybody have any tips or favorite workouts for this goal?

Cutting and toning consist of doing a lot of reps at around 60-70% max weight of whatever exercise to target a muscle.

Thanks man I appreciate it. I'd rather get the look I want in the winter than trying to kille myself a few weeks before summer

Continue lifting like you are just reduce calorie intake and incorporate more cardio
