So guys I have had the worst luck with losing weight and keeping it off I mean I'm 17 and have stretch marks. So if you want to join this it's totally up to you. It's basically just posting what you eat. Weekly weigh ins. And how much you excercise. I thought I'd give it a try. My goal weight is 160 my weight now is over 60 pounds more than that so its not gonna be just for a month it's for as long as u need it. Join the group.
