Just to know how to tone and exercise the correct way to see results

First I'd say find yourself a program on here. A basic one. Start there. If it's to easy add more work outs after. If you want to tone and loose weight you will need to focus on keeping your heart rate in the fat burning zone ( high bpm) I suggest intervals on a machine. Bike or run for a minute then all out sprint for 30 seconds. If you are just starting out 20 minutes to build up a sweat. If your not sweating you're not working hard enough. Now to tone that's using light weights or just body...
