Avani there's a good detox drink by Jillian Michaels which helps with water retention and losing a few lbs. I can't remember the exact ingredients so you might want to gold it but I think it's water, lemon juice, cranberry juice, mint, cucumber. Google it though coz they are all good for weight loss (cranberry juice is high in sugar though so don't drink too much if it)

Google it though I might have got some of the ingredients wrong. Even if I did though they are all good for minor weight loss. And you can't go wrong with green tea. Stay off the sodas

Okay cool, I'll Google it. I hate fizzy drinks so no sodas. I don't like the flavor of green tea so I don't have it

Neither do I so I drink it with cold water s there's less of a taste. You can also buy green tea tablets from health food shops. Lemon water is just as good though. I drink lemon/cucumber/mint
