I guess you guys are little bit busy with your Christmas celeb right! You know, I’m a junk food lover and that makes me obese. Now, I’m going to a weight loss program ( Athletic Edge ) in Toronto for last 4 weeks. We train in groups, so I think it’s a good idea to keep ourselves motivated. Here we will learn how to push our body to limits and burn more of fat. But, certainly I’m going to miss my favorite foods, especially choc cakes this month.
