I run a little over six miles everyday but this week I'm struggling to get out there. I also do several short workout trainer workouts on days I can make time which is most days. I am eating under my calories but scale doesn't want to drop my last give lbs. I have cheated on my diet a bit recently but I never go all out with food...just not my thing.
