I have come down from 130kgs to 81. Then I bulked up and gained 4 KGS of muscle. I still have a lot of fat on my belly, love handles and moobs.

I'd like to lose that fat by the end of july 2015 and get a flat tummy.

I lift heavy 3 days a week targeting all my muscles, 1 hour of HIIT cardio 6 days a week , I run 15 kms on every Sundays, with all that I focus on abs 20mins a day and do 200 push ups everyday.

My diet is strictly 1800-1900 calories with high protein and low carb.

Still I haven't been able to lose weight or inches. Help me please.

Try maybe to slowly lower your calories or maybe do less exercise for muscles until you get rid of all the fat. I am not an expert, I am just trying thus methods too. :) I hope you acoplish your dream! Good luck!

I would suggest u 2 try p90x programme. Its an hr of workout each day

Keep at it, you're on the right track. Make sure you keep changing up your program to keep the body guessing and keeping results at a high. If it's not loose skin and mainly fat stores that are an issue, a few diet and program tweaks might help you to reach your goals 😺 success is only gets closer with every effort but way to kick off the new year!

Hey! First of all, congrats on your efforts. You are a badass!!!! Impressive!
One area I would look into if I were you would be nutrition. Sure, you are limiting your food intake to 1800 calories, but how is it split throughout the day?
