Is it possible to lose in a healthy way 20kg till April??
I'm 15 years old and my weight is about 82kg (I'm 176cm tall).
I want to weight 60-66kg

Can you please give me tips and motivation too lose weight?

No junk food, eat only healthy foods like veggies, and meats. Drink only water and green tea! Also workout and run 6 days a week. That's how I lost a lot of weight lol. Goodluck Hunaidah!!! I hope this helps you!:)
