Postprandial workout???

Hey i wanna know is it ok to workout after eating my dinner?? I mean is it effective????

Yes it will be effective. I wouldn't do a workout too soon after a meal though, as you may be a bit sluggish and it might make you feel a bit sick. Maybe leave it an hour.
