Sit ups, sit ups with weights, crunches, bicycles, planks, holding legs 6 inches of the ground,scissors
BUT DONT JUST FOCUS ON ABS, work your whole body. Remember do abs hard core everyday
LOTS OF PROTEIN, LOT LESS CRAP FOOD. Diet is mostly everything once you develop a steady diet you will start seeing results
My favorite protein is Phase 8 (chocolate), for both taste and nutrition
