Just starting to loose some weight, any tips or tricks that could help me out?

I'm in a weight loss program either right now. And a little tips that I know is this: Eat your breakfast early in the morning contain a high fibre and high protein food. I usually drink banana+berries+low fat milk smothie one hour after working out. Do not eat anything 3 hours before you sleep. Drink a lot of water to wash away your hunger. For the meal: Salmon, grain bread, egg, cereal and chicken are really good for your weight loss meal.

Do some running and take a healty and a balance diet. Be busy on some things that will make you work extra hard to burn your fats and loose some weight.
