Any suggestions on workouts I should not do, to not get a male muscular body

To look 'manly' you'd have to lift some serious weight over time but nothing wrong with being toned with muscle definition (my opinion) :) what equipment do you have available? What's your current fitness level?

For women,maybe likeĀ  15-20 min run everyday and light mucle work to keep toned is perfect( i personally prefer girls that arnt ripped)
