I want to tone my core arms and thighs

I would love to tone all three. Im very active in soccer, track, and volleyball. I just can't seem to tone the muscle i have. Plus j would like to lose some fat.

I love soccer, anyways look up HIIT running and do that to lose weight. If u have no access to much gym equipment I would suggest push-ups, calf raises, wall sits for arms and legs and variations of crunches for ur core. Skipping rope as well. But remember ur abs will not show if u still have quite a bit of fat over them.
