Hi my name Hanan and I learn English and I wish you understand what I wrote
I need help I want loss weight but I don't know how start and how planning my schedule workout at home this app have many videos and I don't know what video I start .
My weight 65kg
My Length 155cm
And I do exercise randomly and also irregular example I do cardio once a week or twice .

1. Power strength and conditioning then cardio. 2. Circuit training, keeps your heart rate up the whole time. Just need to decide what works best for you at the moment. If your trying to loose weight I suggest whatever you do make sure to do at least 20 min cardio a day.

Just pick a random workout to go with how you feel or focus on the parts you want the most results from. Your already beautiful.

Thank you very much Jennifer and Domenic. 4 months ago I started Shaun T Insanity in summer my weight was 72 kg and l lost 7 kg but now I'm a student at university and I don't have time so I do exercise random and I fear I gain weight and also I still heavy .
