I'm 5"8 or 5"9 and weigh 150. Before I started working out I was 130. I'm not sure if thi is good or bad and I'm not sure if I'm over weight? I excercise a lot an hike so I have a good amount of muscle but idk
Maybe you're gaining more muscle or eating more because you are exercising? There are websites that calculate your base metabolic burn and number of cals you should be eating. PLUS some People monitor their macros.
