A bit of a stretch

It's quite a bit of a stretch, but I'm wanting to loose at least 50 lbs by March. Any advice for diet and exercise routines for an endomorph?

Working out will take lots of dedication. You really have to eat right. Your body is your temple, sounds cheesy but it's true. As for dieting (if you're really all about dieting) try juicing. I dropped 20 pounds in 3 weeks. It's hard the first week but once you're over that hill you get so much energy. I'd really look into it
