More protein

I need more protein and fiber in my diet. I like wheat fruit and milkshakes. I just more variety in my diet can anybody help

As far as snacks go, I personally like sting cheese wrapped in turkey, a handful of almonds, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, and hard boiled eggs. I like to drink a soy based protein shake for breakfast in the morning and a whey protein shake for after workouts. Hope this helps!
