I already have a pretty good booty but it's all fat. So do I really have to do butt workouts or will the fat decrease as I just simply workout out?

The fastest and best way to lose fat is through cardio, so just RUN. U should still do other exercises like squats. Try HIIT training, it helps burn fat fast and u can make ur own workout with based on HIIT with squats, lunges etc to tone up. Try High Intensity Blast and HIIT
