I am a filipino and i want to lose weight fast.

U have to eat less calories than u burn. You also should do cardio. The best type would be HIIT running and also skipping rope

Oh and don't forget about ur diet, eat less sugar, no white bread no junk food and more fruit an veggies. Follow me for workouts and more info

Should should add them to ur own workout. I usually have days where I do mainly cardio and that's when I add these to exercises.
