Truth or myth? You lose definition twice as fast as you gain it?

Is it true that you lose definition in half the time it took you to develop it? For example, you train hard for 12 weeks and after doing nothing for 6 weeks, you are back to where you started.

Not exactly.it also depends on your diet. If you eat really well and don't eat a ton of junk it may take you a while to lose the definition. Also if you are still active not just laying around during being completely lazy. If you stop being active all together and eat cap all day then you will lose it in half the ti, etc it took you to get it but you can slow that by being healthy all around even if you aren't doing the workouts that got you there in the first place.
