Late Night Eating Habit

I always tend to eat a snack around 9 or 10pm, how do I stop this habit?

Also I work out at 8pm everyday so is that a reason why I am eating late?

Yea, when u work out ur body releases a chemical called gherlin and it makes u hunger it's part of ur metabolism speeding up, u can snack def, just make sure that it's actually nutritional, Apple instead of butter covered popcorn, 2oz of pistachios or almonds, while wheat bread with a tablespoon of peanut butter, crispy veggies n low fat dressing etc etc

Its OK to snack as long as its healthy. Yes if you work out then you will need something to refuel .
