Food plan?

I just decided to start losing weight it was going good so far until my ten month old got sick and I couldn't work out as much but now I am back on track but now I am wondering what food plan should I follow I really want to lose weight and tone up so please help if you can ?.

I discovered a website/blog recently called Skinny Kitchen (www.skinny kitchen.com) and the recipes on there seem simple and delicious all while low in fat and calories. With "normal" ingredients too, which I find makes eating healthy so much easier and less stressful. Anyway, I made one of the casserole recipes for dinner tonight and it was so good! Even my hubby and 5 year old gave me props! Well, I hope this helps! Best of luck to you!
